Smoking and Curing

Learn the art of hot smoking meat and fish with hands-on experience of the preparation and use of brines and dry cures. 
The day includes practical tips on building your own cold smoker, making bacon and air drying. 

You will be making your own delicious lunch. Go home with recipes and food you have smoked yourself!

Cost: £120 adults (£95 concs) Lunch included
