Cleaning and hygiene protocol

Our accommodation is comprised of single-family units spaced out across the farm and woodland with no shared facilities allowing for safe social distancing.
A full deep-clean and inspection of all accommodation and facilities takes place between each booking. 

Arrival
Guests can self-check-in from 5pm following the instructions and video provided by email in advance.
We are available on site to help if necessary and can be contacted on the mobile numbers in the email.

Accommodation
The cottages, yurts and cabins undergo a thorough deep-clean prior to arrival. All touch points and surfaces are treated first with warm soapy water, and then sprayed and wiped with virocidal cleaner and disinfectant approved to BS EN14476 for use against COVID-19. Each unit is then aired and inspected prior to each arrival.  
Weather-permitting, we ask our guests to open all windows and doors on their departure to allow the units to be aired before our cleaning staff enter the accommodation. 

Bedding
All our linen and towels are professionally laundered using an ozone washer system which disinfects the laundry.

If guests develop COVID symptoms
•    before their stay – the booking will be cancelled in line with our terms and conditions issued at the time of booking. We strongly advise all guests to ensure that they have appropriate travel insurance.  
•    during their stay – guests must immediately return to their home residence to self-isolate. Other guests will be notified immediately. 
•    after their stay – Westley Farm must be notified immediately so that other guests and staff can be informed.
